In a recent episode of the Open Up podcast, Rosman explained that her “natural highness” fuels her energy, allowing her to enjoy life fully without resorting to substances. She shared that many people are often surprised by her stamina and enthusiasm, particularly at parties, despite her abstinence from alcohol and cigarettes.
“There was a time I said I wanted to sustain myself from acting alone and gigs were coming, but I felt empty. I felt like I was always searching for something to complete myself,” Rosman said.
She recounted a recent filming experience in Enugu, where the production team hosted a celebration for cast and crew members. “Those are the kind of parties I like to be at, not randomly at a Lagos club. We were dancing and celebrating, and if you saw me in those videos, I was like, ‘Jesus, who is this girl?’”
Addressing questions from fans about her energy, she added, “People often ask me what I drank after seeing my videos. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke either. Somebody asked me what I drank, I said, ‘Nothing.’ I don’t need anything to influence me. I have all the happiness and highness that I want inside myself. God has given it to me freely.”
Rosman’s candid revelations highlight a lifestyle choice that is increasingly uncommon in the entertainment industry, emphasizing that joy, fulfillment, and vivacity can be maintained through faith, self-contentment, and a positive mindset rather than external stimulants.
