In a recent interview with Yanga FM Lagos, Jux recounted that he first met Priscilla in Rwanda, unaware at the time that she was a celebrity. “When I saw her, it was love-at-first-sight. I was like, ‘Wow! This girl is beautiful, I like her,’” he said.
Jux revealed that his initial attraction to Priscilla was based on her looks, but he decided to marry her after discovering her exceptional communication skills and other personal qualities. “After we had conversations, I figured out that she is the one I would marry. Even after many meetings, I still didn’t know she was a celebrity until I hosted her in Zanzibar and blogs carried it,” he added.
The singer also acknowledged that marrying Priscilla has had a positive impact on his career, particularly in broadening his fanbase in Nigeria and across West Africa.
Juma Jux and Priscilla Ojo tied the knot earlier this year, and the couple welcomed their son, Rakeem, in Canada on August 24, 2025. The pair have since continued to celebrate both their personal and professional journeys, sharing glimpses of family life and collaborations with fans.
