Despite this, Saintfiet was quick to emphasize that these issues have done little to detract from his overall positive experience.

The 52-year-old reserved special praise for Morocco’s organization, pointing to the country’s long-standing reputation for successfully hosting large-scale sporting events. According to him, the quality of infrastructure, accommodation, and training facilities has met the highest standards expected of a continental showpiece.

He also highlighted the vibrant atmosphere around the tournament, crediting local supporters for their enthusiasm and positivity.

While acknowledging the minor inconvenience caused by the weather, the Mali coach maintained that the overall standard of the competition remains very high.
