A decade after its release, Rihanna’s Anti continues to carve out new territory on the charts, securing a landmark 500th week on the Billboard 200. The LP lands at No. 134 on the chart dated Dec. 6, 2025, becoming the first album by a Black female solo artist to reach the half-millennium mark in the ranking’s history.

Responding to the achievement, Rihanna shared her excitement on X on Dec. 1, writing, “God ain’t forget bout me!” The milestone arrives despite the superstar not releasing a follow-up full-length since Anti debuted in January 2016. Over the past ten years she has largely shifted her focus toward her Fenty fashion and beauty ventures as well as family life with A$AP Rocky, offering only occasional singles along the way — including the Oscar-nominated “Lift Me Up” from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in 2022.

During its original run, Anti spent two weeks at No. 1 and produced several major hits such as “Work” with Drake, “Needed Me,” and “Love on the Brain.” The album ultimately earned six Grammy nominations, including best urban contemporary album, cementing its place as one of her most acclaimed projects.

Rihanna also highlighted a moment of national pride this week. Posting photos from Barbados, she congratulated her home country on its 59th year of independence and fourth year as a republic. She further recognized the installation of the nation’s second president, His Excellency Lieutenant Colonel The Most Honorable Jeffrey Bostic, noting that he and Prime Minister Mia Mottley “will continue to lead Barbados with excellence.”
