The refreshed models are available with either an Intel Core i5-12450H or Core i5-13420H processor. While both chips deliver similar benchmark performance, they trail modern Intel H-series processors — such as the Core Ultra 5 225H — by an estimated 20–25%.
The ‘Renewed Edition’ label may be slightly misleading, as the CPUs offered were already in use in earlier Redmi Book 14 variants launched in 2023. Still, Xiaomi is positioning the models as 2025 releases, available through its official store, Youpin platform, and Chinese retailers like JD.com.
Key hardware remains unchanged from previous versions, including a 56 Wh battery and slim aluminium build. Pricing tops out at CNY 3,298 (around $459) for the Core i5-13420H configuration.
The new models follow the recent launch of the Redmi Book 14 Ryzen Edition 2025, powered by AMD’s Zen 3+ Rembrandt R APUs, and earlier updates to the premium Redmi Book Pro 14.
