To commemorate the last Children’s Day on May 27, 2024, she partnered with social media influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa and other entertainers, including Bisola Aiyeola, Toke Makinwa, Sola Sobowale, Hilda Baci, Shaffy Bello, Taymesan, Steve Chuks, Toyin Abraham, Korty, Chimezie Imo, Odunlade Adekola, Asogwa Alexandra, Veekee James, Okusaga Adeoluwa, Waje Iruobe, Praiz, Korede Bello, and Progress, to perform a rendition of the iconic song "We Are The World," originally popularized by the late pop legends Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie.Her roles in films such as "Blood Sister" and "New Money" on Netflix have further introduced her to a younger audience, reinforcing her status as a respected figure in the industry.

In September 2012, Henshaw, alongside Dan Foster, was
appointed as a judge on the reality television show Nigeria Got Talent.
The following year, she was named a brand ambassador for the
Samsung Mobile Division, partnering with Banky W. In January 2019, Kate Henshaw
was chosen to be one of the 50 judges for the CBS International Talent Show,
The World’s Best.
Additionally, she served as an ambassador for the prominent
telecommunications company Glo. On July 19, 2014, Henshaw launched her campaign
website as she aimed to represent the Calabar Municipal/Odukpani Federal
constituency under the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Although she lost the primary election to Rt. Hon Essien Ayi, she was appointed as Special Adviser Liaison Lagos by Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade in December 2015.
In 2016, a Twitter user shared a photograph of a
two-year-old boy, Michael Alvez, who was suffering from an ulcerous growth on
his face, tagging Henshaw in the post.
She became invested in the situation and, along with others,
raised 8 million Naira for the boy's medical treatment. However, the family
later requested the return of the funds, declining all assistance.
